The Oyster Club, a fairly new addition to Mystic, Connecticut, is a farm-to-table restaurant that strives to use only local, in-season ingredients. After reading so many rave reviews, we managed to swing by for their daily happy hour. I had a great glass of wine, while Cory enjoyed a very large platter of $1 Noank oysters. We loved chatting with the friendly staff about the characteristics of the oysters and the atmosphere was fabulous. We will absolutely be returning to try the dinner menu.
