Cartel Coffee Lab

Whenever I visit new cities, I make an effort to try out a local coffee shop. On my trip to Phoenix, the coffee shop I chose was Cartel Coffee Lab. This place was very difficult to find, as it was set off the main road in a complex industrial building; however, it was well worth the trouble. Cartel is very serious about their coffee and even offers coffee education classes, as well as roasts all their coffee beans on-site. The vibe was very hipster - there was even an old-school beauty shop chair as seating!
